Enquiries and album access
When you request a quotation or album access, we collect the contact details and requirements you choose to provide so that we can respond and manage that request. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
Records and files
Enquiry records and album access requests are restricted to website administrators. Quotation attachments and images uploaded through Studio Albums are stored in encrypted form. Public portfolio photographs and ordinary WordPress Media Library files are publicly accessible.
Access and retention
Protected albums may use an access cookie to remember permission for up to seven days. Shared access links can be forwarded. The initial website configuration retains enquiry and access-request records for 90 days; email copies and project files may be retained separately for project administration. This notice must be updated if those settings or practices change.
Your choices
Contact us to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern about an image. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Website services
The initial package does not add advertising trackers. Hosting and email services process data needed to operate the website. If analytics, advertising tools or third-party integrations are added, this notice and any consent controls should be reviewed.
